「earth to」は聞こえても意味がわからなかったでしょう。「on earth」で強調の意味があるので、そこから類推することはできますが・・・。
Sharon:

Liz:

===> I haven't asked it yet.
Kevin:
○Yes, we're going to get married.
===> Yes, we're going to get married.
Liz:
