徹底トレーニング英会話2008年08月29日(金)

【Let's Listen and Write!】
○Would you like to go to a baseball game?

===> I'm going to one on Saturday.
○Why don't you come with me?
===> Why don't you come with me?

○Is there anything else you want to discuss?
===> Is there anything else you want to discuss?
△I want to be here tomorrow.
===> I won't be here tomorrow.
○So if you have anything else to discuss, tell me now.
===> So if you have anything else to discuss, tell me now.

前にもありましたが、「want」と「won't」が聞き取れないです。「I want to be here」で文法的には間違っていないけど、前後の文がつながらないですね。

△I don't particurally mind.
===> I don't particularly mind.
×I like to use my own cellphone on preventling level where I go.

まったく聞き取れないので、思いつく単語を書いてみたんですが、やっぱり全然違う。

△But there are some situations then which bothers me.
===> But there are some situations in which it bothers me.

「in which」ですか・・・。高校のときに習ったような気がします。

△I was acrossing the streets with my kid the other day, and someone with driving and talking on the phone.
===> I was crossing the streets with my kids the other day, and someone was driving and talking on the phone.
△She didn't seem to be watching when she was going.
===> She didn't seem to be watching where she was going.
△For one terrible moment, it seem she was too distracted to stop for us.
===> For one terrible moment, it seemed she was too distracted to stop for us.

今週は、単に聞くだけでなく、文法も考えながらディクテーションしてきましたが、やっぱり過去形や複数形などでミスがあります。来週はさらに徹底して文法チェックしましょう。
